The Italian band Morkobot has just a drummer, and two bassists. what glorious racket they make.

I like this.
I'm not sure why, bit I still like it.

Haitian Vodou, though recorded in Chicago, it's pure gold;

There's a remastered release of Magma's unrecorded album Theusz Hamtaakh, which is a live recording from 1980. Christian Vander is one of the greatest drummer's ever.

With brief listening Morkobot sounds interesting enough to dive some deeper. My noise (and similar genres) liking is very limited and I like more to make noise myself and study ideas through this genre than actually listening this kind of stuff. Abruptum and Institut are good ones. But I think Abruptum is something that falls as much in ambient genre as in noise. Ambient stuff I listen much more.

I like the sort of tongue in cheek, surprisingly well working "surreal collages" of Abruptum (specificly the Evil ep). I don't think many have made this comparison but Gerogerigegege has a bit similar mastery on the art of noise, using different elements well to serve the concept. But while I get these visions of dark towers of metal with Abruptum, the latter has more ground up, less rich in fantasy, point of view. Take for example Senzuri Power Up, which is quite an honest depiction of being born in to this world and grasping for some control amidst the chaotic powers, of which the noise elements well depict: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=LP4kiTk1Wc4

I don't listen to noise much at all anymore as it gives me tinnitus. The village of Tristram theme from Diablo videogames comes back to me repeatedly: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Q2evIg-aYw8

Sorry I'm heaping it on, but it looks like this is mostly what I have to contribute on the forum these days. A great track by Kouhei Matsunaga.
