Resound the wonders of your deeds,
Clean the guilt from our stained lips,
O St. John."

but he that cometh after me is mightier than I,
whose shoes I am not worthy to bear:
he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire"

I watched an interview of Jordan Peterson. He spoke of inherent aggression, among other things:

"You don’t want to control aggression any more you want to control sex. You want to integrate it (...) that’s the integration of the shadow (from the Jungian perspective) (...). You need to have the capacity for danger. You need to be dangerous. But you need to learn how to not use it except when it’s necessary. And it’s not the same as being harmless. Harmless, that’s a terrible virtue."

[The interviewer stated that Gandhi was iconic in his harmlessness.]

"He’s not harmless, he just transcended his deep violence. That is completely different thing. Without that capacity there wouldn’t have been no way he could have had the strength of character that he did. He was an integrated person, not a harmless person."
