Both water type pokemon. Funny that you are so fascinated by the element of water, and have even written quite lengthy studies in regards to Old Norse myths and the aspect of water & waves therein.Jiva wrote:I liked Seaking for this same reason. It's also a great song by Hawkwind. I can just picture a totally Spinal Tap music video about Seaking's awesome badness every time I hear this song. Squirtle was a second favourite just because of his name - squirrel turtle - which was a concept I found (and still find) hilarious for some reason.E.Velestie wrote:My favorite pokemon was Magikarp 'cause it seemed useless but turned to Gyarados when evolving.
The occult course of our lives was clearly pre-destined
I also liked Magikarp because it's so useless and then awesome, and I would have Magikarp as my pokemon of choice when entering battle, after which I would instantly swap to Bulbasaur, who would take the first hit. My bulbasaur was so overpowered though that it could usually one-hit my enemies, so it was a good way to level up the more weaker pokemons.
