Re: Bands and Artists with Luciferian influences
Ok, they're black metal and I'm sure everyone knows them, but I think Enslaved's later albums have an occult influence, albeit one that's usually not very overt. It's done in a more intellectual manner than the majority though. The same could be said for Negura Bunget/Dordeduh, but as I only have second-hand desriptions and google translate versions of their lyrics I'm not sure.
The Finns might be aware of both of these, but Hexvessel are a great retro-folk band. Their cover of Diamonds by Paul Simon adds another dimension to an already great song.
And finally as this is the English forum , more people outside of Finland should be aware of Mana Mana. I've only read translations of a few of their songs, but some seem to fit an occult description. Their second album is more musically accomplished, but as Jouni Mömmö had died by this point the vocals just don't have the same resonance.

Regarding Blue Oyster Cult:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FcCfkS22Hw

Two of the most occult songs I've ever heard and, in particular, Siege and Investiture, used by me for many years as a preparation for ritual. "He's got the cure, a drug by the name of World Without End.... Come and take this World Without End." The entire album is very occult, and it is available in its entirety on YouTube as well as in a boxset of their complete Columbia Records output, but these two tracks stand out for me.

A mesmerizing and magical performance in Lapland by Halo Manash. If i remember correctly, it was recorded in 2005. The record was released in 2007.

Aural hypnox collective is (or was) located in Oulu. All their music is magic.

I tried to watch that Halo Manash video, but something about seeing the people who create music such as this is almost always a bit of a strange experience for me. The lake they were performing at was absolutely beautiful though.
Roky Erickson – White Faces. Really good rock from the 70s.
Scott Walker – Cue. I'm not sure how to describe this. I guess the best I can do is call it a demented Leonard Cohen. I'm not sure if I find this cheesy or disturbing.
Selim Lemouchi and his Enemies – Thistle. This was a blind purchase for me as Selim Lemouchi is the former guitarist and mastermind behind The Devil's Blood, an excellent band. His solo project is a kind of psychedelic Kraut-Rock with more mature lyrics. Turns out he is also a really good singer too.
Uriah Heep – Lady in Black. As there's been plenty of mentions of Blue Oyster Cult I guess many will be familiar with Uriah Heep and especially their most famous song. The lyrics are particularly good though.
Wardruna – Helvegen. Folk project of Gaahl and Kvitravn from Gorgoroth and a load of other bands. This live version is better than the album version in my opinion due to the addition of violins. Both are exceptional though.

Sopor Aeternus is a classic.
Sopor Aeternus - Backbone Practise
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SyJM_4Qjrb8
Marilyn Manson, anyone? (Who by the way seems to enjoy the movie Holy Mountain -which was mentioned here some time ago- quite a bit. Maybe it's just me but something in this video reminds me of the beginning of that movie https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbHfhDm-H1U)
Perhaps even...Lady Gaga? Actually mainstream pop in general stresses the death of ego & strong sense of self & mission so much in all it's superficial imagery that the whole genre is occult to me. Gaga just mixes a couple of symbols in. (though pentagrams are not so rare on late night MTV anyway)
Funeral Mist's album Maranatha & Enochian Crescent's album Black Church are complete perfection at least what comes to lyrics. Best black metal out there in my humble opinion.
Funeral Mist - Anti-Flesh Nimbus
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYAsaCXAJeM
Enochian Crescent - Chalk Face
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__ZmeEorgsk
Death SS is horror rock with lots of Crowley-inspiration.
Death SS - Lady of Babylon
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbbTLBYoSxA
Malice Mizer - Bara no Seidou has to be mentioned just for the atmosphere & maybe
Moi dix Mois album dix Infernal might be of interest to someone whose taste in music is as teenage-goth-princess-like as mine. Of course there's ten billion other bands & artists to mention, but for starters.

Love all those bands and artists. But when it comes to especially Funeral Mist's Maranatha: It is one of the most intelligently black metal albums ever made in my opinion...

I'd never read Funeral Mist's lyrics before, thanks for drawing them to my attention. Similar to Funeral Mist in terms of good LHP lyrics are Mortuus.
Bölzer – Roman Acupuncture. Fairly unique martial Death Metal.
Hawkwind – Assault and Battery/Into the Golden Void. I saw Hawkwind live last weekend so this track has been one of many in my head lately. Hawkwind's lyrics are an enigma: sometimes they're really inspired, sometimes just generic hippy stuff. This is definitely the former. It's also from the last album of theirs to feature Lemmy.
Om – State of Non-Return. Trance-inducing Doom from the relentlessly stoned Al Cisneros.
Virgin Steele – Prometheus. In my opinion, one of the few good Power Metal bands.

Re: Bands and Artists with Luciferian influences
I tried to like Sopor Aeternus at some point, but was unable to like it.
Probably the most hellish album I can think of is Elend's superb "The Umbersun". It is massive. The lyrics are good as well. I recommend to listen to the whole record, not just some songs, as this is a journey.
And as I'm a sucker for choirs this is right up my alley. I can't listen to this too often though, it's so heavy. But on quiet rainy days, it can be very effective.
