The Star of Azazel is a society (invented in 1999 and manifested in 2006) with an aim to interpret the occult world view of Theosophy from quite an unusual standing point. The Star of Azazel grants essential value to Satan, whom the modern occultism takes quite bipartitely: on the other hand with underlined negativity because of wrong associations caused by the name (which have their basis on the exoteric doctrines of the monotheistic religions) - and on the other hand too naively and positively. These two policies represent the public Right and Left Hand Paths via which people are trying to attain spiritual development. The philosophy of the Star of Azazel strives to unite these two evolutive paths studying both of them profoundly, trying to purify them and then putting in practice the knowledge what is gained by doing so.
